By accessing or using The Eleventh Round™ website or services, including mentorship and consulting appointments, apparel sales, podcast content, community chats, and educational resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services Overview:

The Eleventh Round™ provides: Mentorship and consulting services for combat sports athletes. Apparel for combat sports enthusiasts. Podcast and community-driven media content. Educational newsletters and social platforms. Mentorship and consulting services are for educational and support purposes only, not contractual coaching or athlete management under federal or state commission laws.

3. Booking and Payment :

All appointments are billed at the listed hourly rate. A 70/30 revenue split applies (70% to mentor/consultant, 30% to The Eleventh Round™). Users must submit full payment at the time of booking.

4. Refunds & Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded.

5. Intellectual Property:

All logos, podcast content, designs, and educational resources are property of The Eleventh Round™. Any reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct:

By using our website or social platforms, you agree: Not to harass or threaten mentors, consultants, staff, or community members. Not to share or distribute content from private appointments or chats without written consent.

7. Disclaimers:

Mentors and consultants are not agents, managers, or promoters. They do not negotiate fight deals, sponsorships, or contracts. The Eleventh Round™ is not liable for advice, performance, or outcomes from any session.

8. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall The Eleventh Round™ be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
